One Seller Controls Access to Grupo Niche in Bogotá

Tuboleta is the only authorised seller for Grupo Niche’s Bogotá concert, leaving one ticketing platform between the public and seats at Movistar Arena. The show, featuring the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia, is set for Friday 16 April 2027. Buyers choose among numbered sections and price tiers, then accept the conditions attached to their tickets.

One Gatekeeper, Many Prices

General ticket sales opened Saturday 17 October 2026 at 10 a.m. Bogotá time, following a presale for Movistar telecom customers that ran from Thursday 15 October until 9:59 a.m. Saturday. Tuboleta lists prices from COP 143,100 to COP 673,300, service fees included. Prices may shift with supply and demand.

The lowest listed prices are for third-tier sections 301 and 319: COP 143,100, about US$45, during the first sales stage. Once that allocation sells out, the seats cost COP 156,300, about US$49. Second-tier seats ranged from COP 276,600 to COP 372,800 in the first stage; Platea seats ranged from COP 420,900 to COP 541,100. Tribuna Fan Sur costs the most, starting at COP 649,300 and reaching COP 673,300, about US$212.

Buyers can purchase up to six tickets in one transaction. An extra delivery fee applies to purchases online, through the call centre or at a point of sale; Tuboleta shows the amount before payment, and tickets arrive through the Tuboleta Pass app. What buyers can spend determines their place in the price ladder. The platform, meanwhile, sets the purchase cap and delivery terms.

Movistar Arena holds up to 14,000 spectators and sits at Diagonal 61C No. 26-36 in Bogotá’s Teusaquillo district, according to Visit Bogotá. The tourism site recommends taking TransMilenio along Avenida NQS to the Movistar Arena station. The venue is large. Entry and ticket access, however, follow specific rules.

Seats Come With Conditions

Sections 201, 219, 301 and 319 may have restricted views, depending on the stage setup. Tuboleta says it won't accept visibility complaints for those sections. Accessible areas are available, and the company asks buyers with reduced mobility to contact customer service when purchasing.

Tuboleta sets the minimum age at 12. Children may sit only in sections 206, 214, 306 and 314, which are alcohol-free, and each child must attend with a responsible adult. The rules determine where children can sit and who must accompany them.

The concert, called Un Universo de Sentimientos, pairs Grupo Niche’s songs with orchestral arrangements. Its repertoire draws on Jairo Varela, the group’s founder and main composer, according to Publimetro. Infobae reported in 2025 that Varela died in 2012 and that the band continued performing. Noticias RCN said the project won a Latin Grammy in 2023, although outlets describe the award category differently. Noticias RCN and Publimetro credit musical direction to José Aguirre and Juan José Aguirre. No one has announced the orchestra’s size or any guest artists for the 2027 dates.

The Second Date, and the State’s Rules

A second performance is scheduled for Saturday 24 April 2027 at Daviarena in Medellín. Tickets were due to go on sale through Tuboleta on Thursday 22 October 2026, but no time or prices had been published, and the ticket page couldn't be opened for the report. Buyers were advised to check that venue’s rules for minors; Bogotá’s age restrictions shouldn't be assumed to apply in Medellín.

For U.S. citizens, the State Department says travellers need a valid passport to enter and leave Colombia, and recommends six months’ validity and at least one blank page. Tourism and business visits of 90 days or less don't require a visa. Travellers must complete the free Online Check-Mig form before flying. Colombia may also deny entry to people without return tickets.

The State Department’s advisory, dated 31 March 2026, rates Colombia Level 3, Reconsider Travel, and lists Level 4, Do Not Travel, areas including Arauca, Norte de Santander and most of Cauca and Valle del Cauca. It warns that demonstrations in Bogotá are frequent and can turn violent, while street crime occurs throughout Colombia and can quickly become violent. The concert’s promoter and ticket seller set the arena’s entry terms; the state sets the terms and warnings for travel to the country.
