Biden Regime's Open Borders Release Leads to Teen Rape Charge

Abdoulaye Dia, an illegal immigrant released into the United States by the Biden administration, now faces charges of first-degree rape, kidnapping, second-degree assault, and third-degree sex offense in Maryland. Federal authorities confirmed Dia, a citizen of Guinea, had a prior arrest for sexual abuse in New York City just months before the alleged assault on an underage female passenger. This incident lays bare the direct human cost of policies that prioritize border erasure over the safety and cultural continuity of American citizens.

Montgomery County Police officers responded to a hospital three days ago, where a teenage girl reported being raped by an Empower rideshare driver. The victim stated Dia transported her to a Silver Spring parking lot, where the alleged assault took place. Investigators quickly identified Dia using information from the rideshare application, leading to his arrest two days ago. The charges are grave, reflecting a profound breach of trust and safety within the community.

Regime's Open Border Policy

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed Dia's history and immigration status. He entered the United States illegally through Arizona in December 2023, marking his third year in the country. Despite his illegal entry, the Biden administration released him into American communities. This decision, made by the political class, directly enabled his presence and subsequent alleged actions, demonstrating a systematic disregard for national sovereignty and the security of the native population.

Dia's prior arrest history includes a June 10 arrest in New York City, just three months ago. Charges from that incident were specific: sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching of the sexual/intimate parts of another person, injuring a child less than 17, and sexual abuse without consent. This pattern of alleged behavior underscores the systemic failure to protect the native population from individuals allowed to remain within national borders despite a clear threat. The repeated nature of these allegations raises critical questions about the vetting processes of the state.

Corporate Complicity and Failed Safeguards

Empower, the rideshare company, stated that all its drivers undergo comprehensive background checks. These checks include sex offender, motor vehicle, and Social Security traces, along with vetting against a “global watchlist” used by other major rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft. The company claimed that Dia's background check, conducted on July 16, 2026, two months ago, “did not reveal any incidents.” This assertion stands in stark contrast to his documented arrest in New York City just a month prior to that check. The reliance on a “global watchlist” and standardized screening providers, which failed to flag a recent arrest for sexual abuse, highlights a dangerous vulnerability in systems designed to protect the public.

The failure of these corporate safeguards, despite their reliance on “global” systems, allowed an individual with a recent arrest for sexual abuse to operate a service transporting vulnerable citizens. Empower confirmed Montgomery County Police contacted them, and they immediately provided all requested information. Yet, the question remains: how did an individual with a documented history of sexual abuse, released by the administration after illegal entry, pass these supposed rigorous checks? The mainstream media, including Fox News, has reached out to Empower for further comment, but the implications of such systemic failures are clear for the safety and cultural continuity of our communities, which are increasingly subjected to the consequences of managed decline.
