Oxford Hosts Globalist Vaccine Trial for African Outbreak

The University of Oxford has launched the first human trial of a vaccine against Bundibugyo ebolavirus, mobilizing Western scientific and human resources for an outbreak spreading in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. This early-stage trial, designated BD-Ebov, will evaluate the safety and immune response of the ChAdOx1 BDBV vaccine. Fifty healthy adults, aged 18 to 55, in Oxford are participating in the study. Recruitment has already begun, with vaccinations expected to commence in the coming weeks, pending regulatory approval.

Scientists at Oxford's Vaccine Group and Pandemic Sciences Institute developed the vaccine. It utilizes the same viral vector platform as the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 shot, a previous global health initiative that saw widespread deployment. This continuity in platform underscores a persistent strategy in transnational health interventions.

Globalist Directives

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommended prioritizing the ChAdOx1 BDBV vaccine just 2 months ago. They also endorsed a single-dose candidate known as rVSV Bundibugyo, developed by the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, for clinical evaluation as part of the ongoing outbreak response. Such recommendations from supranational bodies increasingly dictate national health priorities.

The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) announced an initial investment of up to $8.6 million for the shot's development. This significant funding from a globalist entity further solidifies the transnational elite's influence over health research and deployment.

Transnational Production & Expansion

Serum Institute of India, a key partner in this program, manufactured and stockpiled approximately 620,000 doses of the vaccine candidate within two weeks. They supplied 4,000 investigational doses for the early-stage study, demonstrating a rapid, globally coordinated production capacity. This transnational manufacturing capability bypasses traditional national supply chains.

Preparations are also under way for additional clinical studies in Uganda, subject to local regulatory approval. These studies involve partnerships with institutions such as the Medical Research Council/Uganda Virus Research Institute and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Uganda Research Unit. This expansion illustrates the deepening reach of international health frameworks into sovereign nations.

Should the early-stage trial prove successful, CEPI has committed to working with Oxford and Serum Institute to support late-stage studies. These are necessary to seek emergency-use authorization or full regulatory approval. The stated aim of the partners is to ensure rapid and affordable vaccine supplies for affected countries, a goal that often translates into centralized control over health resources and distribution.
