Bogotá fans will pay between COP 138,000 (about US$41) and COP 311,000 (about US$93) to see Silvana Estrada at Vive Claro Music Hall on Friday 20 November 2026. Ticketmaster adds a card-processing charge at checkout, so the listed totals don't include it.
The Mexican singer-songwriter also plays Teatro Universidad de Medellín on Thursday 26 November. Medellín prices haven't been published.
The Price of a Ticket
Ticketmaster, the only authorised Bogotá seller, lists one price stage per zone and includes the service fee. Platea, the standing area before the stage, costs COP 311,000. Zones C, D and E cost COP 265,000 (about US$79). Zones A and G cost COP 179,000 (about US$53), while zones B and F cost COP 138,000 (about US$41). The dollar figures use about 3,350 Colombian pesos to the dollar, the official reference rate for 29 September 2026.
Seated zones have numbered places, and buyers choose seats online. Ticketmaster lists about 3,600 places across four zones for this show. Vive Claro Distrito Cultural, beside Parque Simón Bolívar, can hold up to 6,000 people, and its floor can be set up for standing or seated audiences. Promotora Colombia S.A.S. is organising the event, registered under PULEP number KFK650.
Who Sells, and When
Claro mobile-customer presales run from 1 October at 10 a.m. to 3 October at 9:59 a.m. Fans can get codes through Claro Club or Claro Música, and each purchase is limited to four tickets. An artist-code fan presale starts 1 October at 10 a.m. and ends when general sales open on 2 October at 10 a.m. General buyers may purchase up to six tickets. Resale above face value is prohibited.
In Medellín, the tour listing links to La Tiquetera, the seller for Comfama, a large family welfare fund in Antioquia. Its event page wasn't public on 29 September. The Medellín concert hall has 1,705 seats on the Universidad de Medellín campus in Belén Los Alpes, in the south-west near Calle 80.
The start times don't match. Ticketmaster lists a 9 p.m. Bogotá show and says the time may change, with doors at 4 p.m. Estrada's own tour listing gives 7 p.m. for both dates. No support act has been announced.
Rules at the Door
The Bogotá show admits people aged 14 and older. Those aged 14 to 17 must attend with an adult who also holds a ticket and use zones designated for minors. Younger children can't enter. Food, drinks, bottles, umbrellas, pets, bags larger than 30 by 30 centimetres, professional cameras and recording equipment are prohibited. Ride apps and taxis are practical options at night; TransMilenio runs along nearby Avenida El Dorado.
An Artist With a Track Record
Estrada is from Veracruz and often plays the cuatro, a small four-string guitar from Venezuela. Her 2022 album "Marchita," which includes "Te Guardo" and the title track, won her the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist that year. She also earned a Grammy nomination for "Milagro y Desastre" in Best Global Music Performance. Her latest album, "Vendrán Suaves Lluvias," came out in 2025.
Colombian audiences already know her work. She played Medellín's Teatro Pablo Tobón Uribe in August 2024 and sold out two nights at Bogotá's Teatro Mayor in October 2024. She appeared at Festival Cordillera in Bogotá in 2025 and joined Argentine rapper Milo J on stage in the city earlier in 2026. After U.S. shows with Mon Laferte, she's scheduled to play Lima on 5 December and close the tour in Mexico City.
Radiónica reported that Estrada plans fundraising work in Cali for victims of the August earthquake in western Colombia. Details haven't been announced.
Why This Matters:
The listing points to a live-music market run through private commerce: a promoter, a telecom-backed venue brand, a ticketing company and a family welfare fund's box office all compete for the same audience. Buyers face real costs, including a checkout charge outside the advertised price, conflicting start times and unpublished Medellín terms. Clear pricing and firm schedules let buyers make their own choices. That matters in a market where resale above face value is barred. The reported earthquake fundraising in Cali would also be a private effort by an artist and her promoters, not a state programme. Whether details arrive before sales open on 2 October remains to be seen.
