Silvana Estrada’s Bogotá tickets for 20 November cost COP 138,000 to COP 311,000, plus a card-processing charge at checkout; Medellín prices remain unpublished. Promotora Colombia S.A.S. is organizing the Bogotá show at Vive Claro Music Hall, where Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller.
Prices and access
Ticketmaster lists four price bands for Bogotá’s venue zones. Platea, the standing area before the stage, costs COP 311,000, about US$93. Zones C, D and E cost COP 265,000, about US$79; A and G cost COP 179,000, about US$53; and B and F cost COP 138,000, about US$41. The prices include the service fee, but not Ticketmaster’s card-processing charge. The U.S. dollar conversions use about 3,350 Colombian pesos to the dollar, the official reference rate for 29 September 2026.
The venue holds up to 6,000 people, while Ticketmaster lists about 3,600 places in four zones for this show. Seated zones have numbered seats, which buyers select online. Bogotá ticket sales include presales and general sales. Claro mobile-customer presales run from 1 October at 10 a.m. until 3 October at 9:59 a.m., with a four-ticket purchase limit. A fan presale using an artist code starts at 10 a.m. on 1 October and ends when general sales open at 10 a.m. on 2 October. General buyers can purchase up to six tickets.
Ticketmaster says resale above face value is prohibited. Medellín’s tour listing links to La Tiquetera, the seller of Comfama, a large family welfare fund in Antioquia, but its event page wasn’t public on 29 September. Estrada is scheduled to perform there on 26 November at Teatro Universidad de Medellín, a 1,705-seat venue on the university campus in Belén Los Alpes. A seller hasn’t published prices, age rules or a confirmed start time.
The venues and schedule
Estrada is scheduled to play Vive Claro Music Hall in Bogotá on Friday 20 November and Teatro Universidad de Medellín on Thursday 26 November. Ticketmaster lists a 9 p.m. start in Bogotá and warns the time may change; Estrada’s tour listing gives 7 p.m. for both dates. Ticketmaster lists Bogotá doors opening at 4 p.m. No support act has been announced.
Vive Claro Distrito Cultural sits beside Parque Simón Bolívar at Carrera 60 No. 42-41 in Bogotá. Organizers can arrange its floor for standing or seated audiences. Medellín is Colombia’s second city, and the concert venue lies in the south-west near Calle 80. The Bogotá event carries PULEP number KFK650.
Artist and event conditions
Estrada, a singer and songwriter from Veracruz, often plays the cuatro, a small four-string guitar from Venezuela. Her 2022 album “Marchita,” which includes “Te Guardo” and its title track, won the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist that year. She also earned a Grammy nomination for “Milagro y Desastre” in Best Global Music Performance. Her latest album, “Vendrán Suaves Lluvias,” came out in 2025.
Estrada played Medellín’s Teatro Pablo Tobón Uribe in August 2024 and sold out two nights at Bogotá’s Teatro Mayor in October 2024. She appeared at Festival Cordillera in Bogotá in 2025 and joined Argentine rapper Milo J on stage in the city earlier in 2026. The Colombian dates form part of a wider tour, with U.S. shows alongside Mon Laferte, a scheduled Lima concert on 5 December and a tour close in Mexico City.
The Bogotá show admits people aged 14 and older. Attendees aged 14 to 17 must go with a ticketed adult and use zones designated for minors; younger children can’t enter. The venue prohibits food, drinks, bottles, umbrellas, pets, bags larger than 30 by 30 centimetres, professional cameras and recording equipment. Radiónica reported that Estrada plans fundraising work in Cali for victims of the August earthquake in western Colombia. Details haven’t been announced.
